«Authorities and courts» is eight closings, not one.Beside the Federal Chancellery, the first volume of the departmental accounts carries the Federal Assembly, the Federal Supreme Court, the Federal Criminal Court, the Federal Administrative Court, the Federal Patent Court, the Office of the Attorney General and its supervisory authority. Each of them closes its accounts for itself; none of those closings belongs to the Federal Chancellery.
