Die Kommission für Rechtsfragen des Nationalrates unterbreitet eine Vorlage zur Änderung des Strafgesetzbuches. Die Vorlage verfolgt das Ziel, das strafrechtliche Instrumentarium gegen Mobbing und Cybermobbing zu verstärken und damit den Schutz betroffener Personen zu verbessern.
